Adventure With God is the True Adventure

God loves us and wants us to join the adventure he has. Be sure the adventure with God is the true adventure.

We need to trust him at his Word. God has a great plan for our life. We need to grasp it with both hands.

Some people have rare diseases. Other people will never leave their hometown. I gave my life to China.  God calls us to different vocations. In each place, we meet people every day who have needs that could lead them toward God. Each person we meet is somewhere on the path from absolute darkness to being an active sharing disciple.

Thus, each person we meet needs help to move forward. How will God use us to move people forward in a life in God? He surely wants us in the battle. That is a great and meaningful adventure from God.  You are stuck in America? Immigrants have more openness and needs to serve.

Adventure With God Awaits

There are needs everywhere. Can we see our place in God’s work in all these places? Life must be more than eat sleep and die. God did not make us to just be comfortable at home or even in a church. He wants us to grasp the adventure. He has so much meaningful work for each of us. Can we see it and join the adventure?

I moved to China, but to stay in the battle is not a given, Family life can take us away from other work. It can be hard to get our kids involved in the adventure, but they need the adventure too.  At minimum, they had the adventure of growing up in China. But for sure, I got them involved or exposed to what we are doing here. That has been totally beneficial.

We have messy plans for retirement but God is in that adventure too. Can we hold his hands and let him have this life of ours and join him in the adventure He has for us?
